Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to return your order. That's why we set up a 24 hour return/exchange policy for you.  

You can return your products purchased from us within 24 hours from receiving and receive a refund, exchange or store credit for future purchases, if:

(a) You have received a product with a damaged or contaminated package;

(b) You have received a product that is 100% defective or otherwise 100% bad;

(c) You have received the wrong item;

(d) If there is something minor bad or pear in your product then you can call us we will arrange the carpenter for you he will correct it which will be free of cost, if the company is not able to arrange the carpenter for you, then tell us how much it cost to repair that product so that the company will pay the cost of repairing it. 

You must inspect the condition of your order upon delivery. If you notice that the package has some damages on the outside, we kindly ask you to notify the courier and mark it down on the delivery slip. If an item from your order is damaged you must notify our Customer Service team WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt of the delivery by sending an email to nazraanabydipti@gmail.com. Our Customer Service team will then get in touch to help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Steps To Take When Returning A Product

Step #1 - Contact our Customer Support Team by emailing nazraanabydipti@gmail.com within 24 hour of receiving your ordered products. Please provide the customer support your Full Name, Email, Order Number and briefly describe why you want to return the product.

Step #2 – Our customer support team will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days. If your return request meets the terms and conditions set in this Return Policy, our customer support team will provide you with a Return address.

Step #3 – re-pack your product safely and securely, and send us the returning products.

Step #4 - Send us the tracking number. Our warehouse might refuse returns without tracking numbers. Please make sure to provide us with the tracking number.

Step #5 - Once we receive the returned products and inspect them, we will issue a refund within 5 days.
