Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Nazraana Kids Store, every product is crafted with care for your little ones. 💛
We stand behind our quality, and we’re here to support you if something isn’t right.

🔁 Replacement Policy (Primary Resolution)

We only offer replacements, not returns, in most cases.

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

📌 Conditions:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video is mandatory (start recording before opening the package)
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost


🚫 Return Policy (Strict)

Since our products are bulky furniture/decor items and made-to-order, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Size/fit issues (please check dimensions before ordering)
  • Minor colour or polish variations (natural wood differences)
  • Delays caused by logistics partners

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • A replacement is not possible, or
  • The customer insists on a refund

💰 Refund Process:

  • Refund will be issued to the Banking payment method
  • Timeline: Once the return product is picked-up than we will process for the refund.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

To claim any damage or defect:

  • Record a clear unboxing video
  • The video must show:
    • Sealed package before opening
    • Entire unboxing process
    • Visible issue/damage

❗ Without this, we may not be able to process your claim


🚚 Delivery & Inspection

  • Please check the package at the time of delivery
  • If the outer box looks damaged, mention it to the delivery partner

🛠️ Minor Issues Resolution

For small issues (like loose fittings or minor scratches), we may:

  • Provide quick fixes
  • Send replacement parts
  • Offer support via call/video

🎨 Custom Orders

For customized products:

  • No return / no refund
  • Replacement only if there is a manufacturing defect or damage
