1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone with your order details. -
After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched. In such cases, you can opt for a return after receiving the product, following our Return Policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Nazraana
Nazraana reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Incomplete or incorrect payment or shipping information is provided by the customer.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms of Use.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues.
In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded as per the refund policy.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- For orders paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund will not apply since payment is made only upon delivery.
